Hello, and salutations, my good friends! We, again, return to the Bu Blog with some new goodies to show off to ya. I hope you enjoy! I can’t actually say what Bu camp is, by the way. Hopefully no flutes anywhere in the nearby area. lol Okay I’m being silly. Anyways, so yeah I almost didn’t get this entry worked on. It’s been an awful week, but it’s starting to look up. This weekend is the 4th annual BuNeekiversary! :D Neekko and I first met four years ago. A cause for joy and celebration. Okay enough goofing off, time for Bu arts!
Lets start with a very simple but very adorable Neekko design. The “Bu Chub.”

This is a creation of the 2008-era Neekko arts! A Bu version of Neekko‘s Chub character template. He’s all chubby and cute. I cannot stand it. X333 lol. I don’t have toooo much to say about this one. But it’s a simple and fun concept and I have had it made into stickers. I’ve been quite exposed to the design because of that. There are at two Chub stickers at my workplace right now. XD I cannot actually find this anywhere online. It MAY actually be a blog exclusive. Enjoy the adorable squishableness, which you can only fine here! :D

We have this brand new baby! Porkchopz was a newer online talent I had just come upon a few weeks ago and I really liked how hard edged and dark his characters and images turned out. I was happy to rush out and grab him up for some Bu art! This is the result! Pr0nz… of course. lol Sometimes, if an artist is really creative and talented at adult material, to me it sometimes feels like a waste to NOT get this kind of stuff. So that’s why’s he doing naughty things with his tail. XD He, seriously… is very talented with that tail, if you’d noticed from past images too. This thing he is doing here always seemed painful looking, if you know what I mean, but at the same time, it ended up looking pretty cool. ^^ This is another story-less work. He is simply being a hornball character as usual. It’s his stress reducer. Faces are another thing Porkchopz does interestingly. He managed to give Bu a super manly face shape and expression, don’t you agree. He’s all gritty and tough. >:D Anyways, so on another note… You can see it posted HERE (deleted)!
This isn’t the end of the fun. The coolest thing about commissioning Porkchopz is just how many options he gave me. Check it out!

This was actually VERY difficult. Porkchopz gave me six whole pose choices. That was rough. I like having all these options but at the same time I could barely choose. I went pose by pose making eliminations. I ended up choosing number six, but number one also rocked. I almost chose that because it screams “Bu” to me. What do you think? What would you have chosen? :D The other thing that amused me is the head design for the sketches looks like he’s wearing a futuristic helmet. LOL I hope Porkchopz doesn’t mind me posting this. I had to show you why commissioning him was fun, and he worked incredibly quickly. Of course you can see just how nicely it turned out. Thanks so much, PorkchopzRus, YOU made a really enjoyable pic and commission session. I hope we do more. :3

I liked number 2 somewhat, but the thing that made me eliminate it pretty fast as the choice for my commission was because his back was facing you. I felt like it took away from a lot if he wasn’t facing you. ^^ You know what I mean?
The first image looks like a gum drop, or jello Bu with whip cream hair! Hee hee! Very cute! That would make a nice squeeze toy. Man you had lots of nice choices eh? Great to take Porkchopz on in the future! Porkchop, jello? Man, everytime I come to your blog I get hungry!!! XD Great images Bu!
