Hello again! I think a good way to start some major pic pimpage would be to start at the beginning. Some of my first images of Bu were from Neekko (dA page and Y! Gallery) and since I have so many pics created by Neekko, it will surely take many posts. XD Here is part one!

I commissioned, and first met Neekko on May 14, 2007. The rules mostly said it was a Chibi Commission! There was when I first had the idea for Busiris. He wasn’t the same as he is now. His skin color was still not determined. Probably was going to be grey. He was always shirtless and shoeless, as well as having green pants and a black belt. After a day or so, I got the first W.I.P.

I really did love it. So much so that I colored it and edited it into my dA ID on my dA page only months later. But the image didn’t stay. It had some more changes made.

Here is draft two! This was also when we decided that Bu shall be a sort-of Olive green colored. We mixed peach human skin with green skin and found a wonderful medium ground that really made him stand out. After this was done, we drafted another image, and it became the final image of my first Busiris commission.

I love it so much that I had it made into a print and it (as well as some sketches Neekko was kind enough to give me) are adorned on my wall now!

And now here are some extra goodies also made by Neekko:

Easily one of the cutest images of Bu and Narugi together ever. X3 I love it so much that it became an avatar I used, instantly.

Probably the first image of Bu that blew me away. It was a gift for my birthday in 2007. You can even see he wasn’t super buff back then. XD An awesome video-game inspired image. It was a print on dA, and I bought it of course. I framed it too. It can be viewed here.

And that’ll be all for now. lol I have a long way to go. That didn’t cover many images! Oh well. It’s one small step for Bu. One giant leap for Bu-kind.
