Good day to you, friends! We’re now in the depths of August and the hottest days of the year are (hopefully) behind us at this point. Now is a good time to have a new blog entry! This is also one I want to commemorate the Bu Blog reaching it’s 100k views achievement! That’s right, on Wednesday the 8th, it happened. I’m actually very surprised! Thank you to everyone who stops by and checks out what I post. I say it a lot and it never changes. I am happy for all of it. :3 I certainly prefer comments over views, which are very uncommon, but I will honor views as well! Lurk if you must, but comment if you can. ^^ Sometimes I worry it’s just robots jumping on the Bu Blog. lol Anyways, let us get started!

I have a new sketch commission from my good buddy, Zombiesmile!!

This was inspired by the first Mission: Impossible movie. This scene here. I wanna just get that out of the way right here. lol I was, again, inspired on getting some sort of spy/humor combo element put into a Bu and Nar image. Here we go! Zombiesmile knew what I was going for and knew how I wanted to present it. It’s little pocket-sized Bu and Nar. Nar is nibbling on his giant jelly bean, filled with love! Bu must have it!! There’s so much to adore here. Their faces are just great. I really appreciate how dead serious Zombiesmile made Bu look. He takes this mission very seriously. He wouldn’t have stolen bought that pair of high-tech goggles for nothing! Any time an artist has the tail looking like it’s having it’s own sentient fun, I also enjoy that. XD Great stuff here! Don’t be surprised if you see it posted here fully colored someday. I’d love to bring further life to this one. I don’t believe it’s posted anywhere. Blog exclusive! This is adorbs. Not a single other way for me to describe this one. I don’t understand context, though I doubt Neekko does either. It’s probably just Bu on an insane and uncontrollable sugar rush. He looooooves donuts! So he wears them. They make him very crazy. I gotta say, I do love his weird mouth shape. X3 Bright colors here really help make it appeal to me, I think. lol Hope you like too!

This one is small enough so I don’t need the thumbnail! Bu here just looks crazy or just mad. I do love all the large food. XD The big jelly bean (like Nar’s above?) and the goldfish cracker too.
