Hey everyone! Back at you again with some more Bu art. Since this is my birthday month, I decided to make it mildly celebratory and not have it be exclusively part of my “Quarantined Bu” series. XD Not that it matters much. My birthday was last week and I have some fairly recent Bu art that I got around then, so all was as good as can be right now, haha. So without any further delay, here they are!

Up first is a commission from Remerting!

Got some really beefy Bu art here! I was happily given another opportunity to commission Remert, which I only once did about 5 years ago, so this was an exciting revisit in a way. I haven’t been asking for anything out of the ordinary or overly elaborate in commissions recently, and this is no different. Got some super muscle growth here, etc. I think the muscle tone here is top notch and the shading is wonderful! But my top favorite thing here is the expression Remert gave Bu here. Really great stuff. Really pleased with this one and I hope I have the chance to work with Remert again in the near future! Time will certainly tell.

More muscle growth! Really happy to have more beefcake Bu work from Sat. He always gives me some really great work. I love the density to Bu here. There is a sense that he is a brick wall of muscle, which I imagine is not always easy to telegraph in a drawing. Really great pose and lovely expression too, of course! This one is truly a lot of fun and I’ll always be glad to work with Sat again, given the chance. I do not believe Sat does commissions at this time, but I will definitely be there if and when he does. <3 Thanks, Sat!

More work from the wonderful Sphinx! I’m grateful for all the Bu art I’ve accumulated over the last 10+ years and even sketches from friends and acquaintances is always a huge treat. Sphinx has given me a ton, which is why I’m featuring him so often! In an alternative to pics above, Sphinx gives Bu a soft beefiness that I really appreciate. And yes, again a really lovely expression. Lots of great Bu faces today! Thanks to Sphinx for more awesome sketches. x3

And that’s a wrap for today. It ended up being a wonderful birthday, all things considered. I cannot state enough how glad I am to have all those talented folks in my life to help bring my Bu to life. I’ll always be thankful to have made it this far in life and regarding all the friendships and collaborations I’ve had. But anyways, that’ll do for today. Now we’re officially into the Autumn season. I welcome the cooler weather back and will return next month with some cool Bu pics!
