Boy, this is embarrassing. I am seeing that this is literally my first blog entry in one whole year. Admittedly, it has been a crazy year and also a very unfortunately slow year for new Bu art. This year included me getting married and getting to enjoy a nice honeymoon, some really pleasant memories in an era where good memories aren't always in abundance. This was quite honestly my first real trip beyond my general area in a couple years thanks to pandemic stuff. With that and home ownership, commissions have been very light. Hello, all! The end of 2022 is upon us and it's by far my worst year as far as Bu-blog upkeep has gone. It's pretty indicative of my year as far as commissions go as well. Hey! Happy (belated) New Year! January 2021 has come, and now it's practically almost March already! I've had a bit of a delay with the blog entries for a number of reasons. Heyo! Happy holidays, gang! :3 Another year is nearly over and we're also wrapping up this decade! :0 What better way to usher in the holidays with another holiday card that Neekko and I sent out earlier this month! We're always trying to make every card different, not repeating any concepts (unless we're remaking any of the cards to commemorate special occasions) and this year's card is certainly unique! Come one, come all! Welcome again, and lets enjoy the evening as we announce the winners, and I showcase all contest entries, for the Bu and Nar contest! In this contest, as some may know, we took the entries and graded them on a 100 point scale, 90 judge points (judged by myself, Neekko, and our guest judge friend, Dinosaurprince!) and a possible 10 bonus points for the poll we started (now closed).
