Hey hey hey! Long time, no see. ;_; Been a few weeks since my last blog entry. Been so busy with work and errands and laziness that I have neglected to make a new entry. I managed to squeeze this one in before the end of October! Let’s get right to it!!!

First I have a brand new pic from an artist I’ve followed for many years, Seso!

This is a proud moment! It’s Pharaoh Bu. I’ve wanted to do an Egyptian-themed Bu pic for quite some time. I figured Seso was right for the job and the end result is this! I am ever so grateful for the sheer amount of detail that she put into this. The back-lighting is amazing. I also enjoy his old-school garb. <3 Seso nailed a suitably buff physique too. I like super duper buff but I can definitely wrap my head around a more natural muscular look in this context! You can’t go wrong with that. I kind of assume this is what Bu looked like in ancient times. He would obviously be in a position of power like that and I am sure that is exactly what killed the Egyptian empire. XD Maybe I’ll have to scheme up a legit story for this sometime. For now, it is what it is. Thanks to Seso for making this wonderful pic a reality!! This pic is actually from late 2011 so it is a bit older than the Pharoah Bu pic, of course. Bu maintains a very upbeat and friendly disposition in both images though, yes? :D This was a nice warm-up to the newer Bu pic above. It let me see just how Seso would do with Bu and I was more than confident that she would nail his chipper attitude very well. x3 Anyways, simple bust pic, I’ll leave it at that so you can admire it’s beauty. lol. Last up today is a Con Badge raffle win from Spunky!

This could technically be consider the final Anthrocon 2014 commission I received. I entered a raffle that Spunky was holding. By some freaky miracle, I actually won! @_@ <3! So we get Bu being silly in badge form. Spunky captures Bu’s personality so well and I adore her art style. So few people are distinctive enough that I can recognize their work from a mile away. I think hair stands out here, in particular. I love his eyebrows, especially. Thick and expressive! The amount of expression that Spunky has put into all of my Bu pics amazes me every time. That is why you can be sure that there will be more Spunky commissions posted here in the future! A big thank you to her for the honor of winning this awesome badge. It will be the Bu Blog’s FIFTH anniversary! O_O; I cannot believe it has been that long since I started this beast.
