Hello! Happy 2017, folks. :3 I gotta get in this blog entry before the end of the month!! :0 I used to do a new year’s blog actually ON new year’s day (or eve) but I’ve fallen so behind. Anyways, whatever. Let’s just focus on what we have right now – a blog entry with some awesome new Bu art from some even more awesome artists. Aaaaand, let’s go!

First, a new commission from Zephleit. :D

My current trend with Bu-Man art is the torn/weathered suit look. I don’t want to oversaturate the Bu art I commission with that theme but I’m going with the flow as to what is fun for the moment. Zeph is able to do a lot with a simple idea. The pose, face, colors are all top notch work. Zeph‘s art is light and fun and that’s a fitting choice for Bu-Man, as far as I think. I also really appreciate the quality of the clothing. The folds and rip in the pants look so well done. I love this whole piece. :D Thanks to Zephleit for another really wonderful commission! This one is also posted HERE!

Next we have the newest commission from Saturnawolf!

As I said above, ripped and shredded Bu-Man outfit theme going strong. XD This one is even more extreme in the lost clothing aspect, of course. Sat really takes advantage of my request to go super beefy in the muscle growth stuff, and for that I am thankful! <3 Sat‘s line work is so strong (pun probably intended?) and the anatomy is superb. I couldn’t be happier with this one. Now Bu-Man is a force to be reckoned with! Thanks again, Sat. Hope to do another commission someday soon! This pic can also be found HERE!

Finally, here’s a new commission from Kay King!

And now for a non-Bu-Man commission. Just sleazy pin-up Bu. lol. I don’t think I had an opportunity for that kind of pic where the character is being all smexy-like on the bed. I figured Kay was the right artist for the job and the delivery was all I could ask for. <3 In this kind of pic, the pose is half the job and this one is dynamic and certainly visually interesting. Kay did wonderful work with the anatomy and I admire the lines and coloring very much! This is prime centerfold or wall poster material if I’ve ever seen it. Many thanks to Kay for her hard work on bringing this concept to life. :3

And that is it for today! I think this was a strong line-up of Bu art to start the year with. 2016 was a good year for Bu art and I still have a bunch to show off. Plus hopefully I’ll have a ton more new Bu art coming in 2017 to show off. Thanks for sticking around, folks! <3
