Hey folks! I hope you are doing well this fine late-June day. Summer has hit once again and before July (and the peak heat of the year) hits us I wanted to get a new Bu Blog entry out to you! I bring you three of my favorite recent pics that are as bright and fun as this time of the year usually is… unless you’re like me and prefer the cooler months. x3

First we usher in the start of summer with a pic by Jakface!

It’s just a… hot… day out there for ol’ Bu, eh? >_> Though I do not actually think this constitutes as NSFW material. I, appropriately, thought it best for Jak to help bring about a summery pic for me. And in true Bu fashion I had to incorporate food into it. Bu and his grill, making the treats! Jak also managed to get Bu to multi-task as he wisely chooses to get some sunscreen on. It’s suggestive, to say the lease. x3 I love the look of Bu’s figure/anatomy here. Plus the grill and the burgers look really well done! All in all I love what Jak has done and I hope we will bring more commissions to the Bu Blog in the future. I do not think Jak posted this one anywhere, so it’s a Bu Blog exclusive! Wheeeee. x3 Big thanks to Jak for this!

Okay so I commissioned this pic of Bu from Shen literally the day I saw Mad Max: Fury Road. I also had watched the previous films in the series the day before. I had seen them before but I was having some Max Mad fever. x3 Fury Road is essentially the only thing I can think of that almost everybody loved and I certainly embraced it as well. I was moreso inspired by The Road Warrior‘s vibe for post-apocalyptic Bu’s outfit here. I gave Shen some picture refs and Shen took made it work flawlessly. I dig this look enough that I wouldn’t be surprised if I try to get more pics with Road Warrior Bu. Oh and pizza, of course. Even at the end of the world, Bu finds a way to get what he wants. Speaking of pizza… Spank is an artists I seek out time and time again for some truly stylish and silly Bu mania. This time we have a Bu-Man comic bursting out into the foreground! This is a concept that I wanted to see done for a long time and Spank was the right one for the job. Bu-Man is a super hero. But who is he really protecting? Those which are most important to him, of course! XD But… one would hope that the pizza parlor was unoccupied when it exploded… right? ._. This one is a ton of fun. I love the colors and the action! Spank does some of my favorite work with facial expressions and I love Bu-Man’s face here. I think the whole pic speaks for itself from here. <3 Thanks for this one, Spank!
